There are certain boardgames that we remember from our childhood because of their epic scale. One example is Fireball Island. Another is Battle Masters by Milton Bradley. It is quite possibly the largest board game ever produced. It is played on a massive 4 1/2 foot battlemat. What you might ask would you ever need so much space for? Well the answer is more than 100 soldiers, knights, ogres, and orcs. The game and figures were designed by Games Workshop, the makers of such games as HeroQuest, Warhammer, and Talisman. | |
