	Heroscape Airborne Elite
	The Airborne Elite are one of the best ranged units in the game. For a ranged attack unit, they have a high attack value. Further, they have very good range, and have four characters in the unit. However, they have a very low defense and thus must be used carefully.

The key to using any ranged unit is deploying it proplerly. The Airborne Elite deploy using special rules that allow you to make the most of their ranged attacks. I generally deploy them to four spearate parts of the battlefield. Thus for a unit to kill them all they must trapse around, while being shot at by the remaining characters. I also generally deploy them to high points on the battlefield. This gives them bonuses to attack and to defend. Further, a unit has to climb up near their level to make a hand to hand attack.
