The StarBird was one of Milton Bradley's classic electronic toys of the 70s. They produced a cardboard space dock called the Command Base. It featured a working winch and small plastic figures. A later version of the StarBird was produced called the StarBird Avenger. It could send and receive infrared beams like Captain Power toys. Sadly, the only ship that was a match for the Starbird was the Intruder, and it was quite rare. It was basically a black version of the front of the Starbird with new wings. Checklist
